In five short years, Doc Cindy has become a multi-million dollar producer in the Pensacola, Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key, FL market. Beginning in management as IT Director for a large real estate brokerage along the Emerald Coast, the Sales Manager of a smaller brokerage, and an Owner of her own company, Doc has done it all. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Doc has personally invested in real estate for over 15 years.
Doc Cindy established herself as an international real estate professional with the completion of the coursework for Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and obtaining the Transnational Referral Certification.
Doc Cindy is combining her passion for the environment and teaching to join the staff of Green Real Estate Education. Doc will be opening up the Gulf Coast territory, from Panama City Beach, FL to Galveston, TX. With all of the coastal areas damaged from Hurricanes Ivan, Dennis, Katrina and Rita, the coastal areas need green building.
Doc Cindy has a BS and MS from University of West Florida and a PhD in Biomechanics from Texas Woman’s University. Prior to real estate, she spent 20 years as a college coach and professor.
